United Nations Law:

In the response to the Ignoring of the mass Genocide in Rwanda, the cutting and murdering of Tutsi people all over Rwanda, this law is being made so that there is no possible way that any of the members of the Untied Nations can not stay out of the involvement of in Genocide. Such as if 50 or more targeted people that are alike in some way are being killed then the United Nations are to take action early on to stop further mass Genocide from happening.
